ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the products and services of Amalteia Consulting, you agree to be bound by all the terms in this Terms of Use. You may print and keep a copy of this Agreement. Amalteia Consulting may change the terms in the Terms of Use at any time and such changes will be binding on you. Therefore, you should review the Terms of Use each time you access www.amalteia.io.

COPYRIGHT AND LIMITATIONS ON USE

The content available through amalteia.io and all its social media, corporate emails and any form of communication is the property of Amalteia consulting or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Content includes for example, stories, blogs, apps and other items displayed on the site. Content received through amalteia.io may be displayed, reformatted, and printed for your personal use, however you may not resell any data or content from amalteia.io. Member is defined as one individual with a valid username and password. Member agrees and confirms that only one user will log in and use the Subscription. Sharing licenses is considered a breach of this agreement. Data scraping, or any automated extraction of data, outside of Amalteia Consulting intended data exporting functionalities is not permitted.

This Agreement, your rights and obligations, and all actions contemplated by this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and Delaware State, as if the Agreement was a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within Delaware State.

CHANGED TERMS

amalteia.io shall have the right at any time to change or modify the Terms of Use applicable to Member’s use of amalteia.io, or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, including (but not limited to) adding fees and charges for use. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by means including (but not limited to) posting on amalteia.io, or by electronic or conventional mail, or by any other means by which Member obtains notice thereof. Any use of amalteia.io by Member after such notice shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by Member of such changes, modifications or additions.

INDEMNIFICATION

Member agrees to defend and indemnify Amalteia Consulting and any of our officers and employees from and against any claim, cause of action or demand, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by you or on your behalf in excess of the liability described above or by third parties as a result of your breach of these terms and conditions or the documents made part of these terms and conditions by reference, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party or your use of our site.

TERMINATION

Either Amalteia Consulting or Member may terminate this Agreement at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, Amalteia Consulting shall have the right to immediately terminate Member’s Account in the event of any conduct by Member which Amalteia Consulting, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by Member of this Agreement.

CHANGES TO THIS TERMS OF USE

Amalteia Consulting reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this Site is offered and Member agrees to accept and be bound by those terms, conditions, and notices that are in effect at the time of use of amalteia.io.

YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By using this Site and related Services, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
